Recovery looks different for everyone. And at Women Who Thrive, that truth is honored from the very first moment you walk in.

Women Who Thrive is a 12-week, peer-supported recovery women’s group hosted by The Health Partnership Recovery Program. This group is designed to create a supportive, inclusive space for women who are navigating recovery from anything. That might be substances, mental health challenges, trauma, family impacts, or major life transitions. There is no single definition of recovery here.

If you are showing up and doing your best, you belong.

A Space Where Women Can Heal and Grow Together

Women Who Thrive is more than a weekly meeting. It is a community built on compassion, honesty, and connection.

Each session offers guided conversations, shared experiences, and practical tools that support real-life recovery. The focus is not perfection or pressure. It is presence, empowerment, and human connection.

This group is:

  • Peer-led and recovery-informed

  • Grounded in compassion, not judgment

  • Focused on real tools for everyday life

  • Open to women at all stages of recovery

You do not need to have the right words.
You do not need to share if you are not ready.
You just need to show up as you are.
