RECOVERY & JUDICIAL SUPPORT

Overcoming Substance Use Disorders

Recovery is not one-size-fits-all. Every person’s journey is unique, and our Recovery team is here to help you build a path that works for you.

Our highly trained Peer Recovery Specialists provide compassionate, judgment-free support to individuals seeking recovery from substance use disorders. Through their own lived experience, they understand the challenges, barriers, and stigma that can accompany recovery—and they walk alongside you every step of the way.

We believe that connection is a powerful part of healing.

You Are Not Alone

Whether you’re exploring treatment options, actively in recovery, or supporting a loved one, our team in Routt, Moffat, and Rio Blanco counties is here to help.

Our Recovery Team Can Help You:

  • Assess your needs and connect you with treatment programs that fit your goals and circumstances
  • Navigate a network of local and regional treatment providers and recovery resources
  • Reduce barriers related to transportation, finances, housing, and other challenges
  • Schedule appointments, coordinate referrals, and support follow-up care
  • Access medication refills and other recovery-related services
  • Host fun, social, sober activities & peer-led support groups to connect the recovery community

We provide recovery support services through individual, community, and workplace-based opportunities, helping people access treatment, maintain recovery, and thrive in their everyday lives.

The opposite of addiction is connection, and you don’t have to do this alone.

Judicial Support Services

The Judicial Program supports individuals involved in the justice system, including those transitioning out of jail, on probation or parole, participating in recovery court, or navigating pending cases. While many of the people we serve are impacted by substance use disorders, that is not a requirement to access our services.

Our team of Peer Recovery Specialists and Care Coordinators provides compassionate, one-on-one support to help individuals rebuild their lives, achieve their goals, and successfully reintegrate into the community. We also offer support to family members of justice-involved individuals throughout the process.

All services are free, confidential, and available with no barriers to access.

Our Program Helps To:

  • Improve the reintegration process and reduce recidivism
  • Promote recovery through one-on-one peer coaching and connections to local resources
  • Facilitate peer-led support groups within the jail setting
  • Connect individuals to therapy and counseling services
  • Access housing, employment, transportation, financial assistance, and treatment options
  • Build individualized goals and pathways toward long-term stability and well-being

No matter where someone is on their journey, our team is here to provide support, connection, and hope every step of the way.
