Dianne Maroney, The Imagine Project – Expressive writing for healing and resilience

Every life story holds the power to either anchor us in the past or propel us forward. In this immersive session, Dianne guides you through the 7-step expressive writing process from The Imagine Project to process past traumas and release held emotional weight. By giving voice to your experiences on paper, you will learn to bridge the gap between where you have been and the vibrant, healthy alignment you seek today. We will move beyond the narrative of “what was,” using the power of imagination to consciously envision and draft a hopeful new outcome for your future. You will leave with a heart-centered framework for resilience, ready to walk forward with a renewed sense of clarity and connection.

Nikki Sjoden – Breathwork and nervous system alignment

After a day of learning, reflection, and powerful storytelling, we’ll take a moment to simply pause. In this guided experience, you’ll be invited to slow down, connect with your breath, and tune into the wisdom of your body. Through a gentle breathing practice, we’ll move from insight into embodiment—integrating what the day has stirred within us. As we breathe together, we’ll also recognize the collective energy we’ve created as a community and experience how a shared pause can bring us back into clarity, calm, and alignment.

Jeff Wozer – Digital Atrophy: Reclaiming the Tangible Joy of Effort

In today’s one-tap world we have outsourced ourselves to apps and AI, reducing us to being mere spectators in our own lives – a reality where inconvenience has become a foreign concept. Yet, for all of tech’s easy-life promises, we have never been more unhappy and more unhealthy than we are today.  This breakout session explores how we’re happier when we escape our digital comfort zones and pursue tangible tasks rooted in risk, effort and grit.

Erin Kreis – Creative practices for mental clarity

In this art experience, we focus on cultivating alignment within, bridging the gap between where you are and where you truly want to be. We will create a beautiful piece of artwork by layering a variety of materials, while rewiring our thoughts through the process. The project will include watercolors, sharpies and paint pens.
