Health insurance is one of the most important tools for maintaining your well-being, yet it is often one of the most confusing.

Between changing plans, rising costs, and unfamiliar terminology, many individuals and families are left feeling unsure about their options or how to access the care they need.

At The Health Partnership, we believe that understanding your healthcare coverage should feel approachable and supportive, not overwhelming.

That is why we are offering a series of free Health Insurance Literacy Classes across Routt and Moffat counties.

Why These Classes Matter

Many people in our community are uninsured or underinsured. Others have coverage that does not fully meet their needs due to cost or limited benefits.

These classes are designed to bridge that gap by providing clear, practical education and connecting people to real resources.

This is not just about insurance. It is about access to care, peace of mind, and feeling supported in your health journey.

What You Can Expect

During each session, our certified Assisters will walk through:

  • How health insurance works in Colorado
  • What options are available through Connect for Health Colorado
  • Financial assistance programs that can reduce costs
  • Ways to access medical, dental, and vision care
  • Local support programs available in Northwest Colorado

You will have the opportunity to ask questions, explore your options, and leave with a clearer understanding of your next steps.
