This year’s theme, Cultivating Alignment Within: An Immersive Mind-Body Experience, explores what becomes possible when we reconnect with ourselves, regulate our nervous systems, and move through life with greater intention and awareness.

Having toured nationally for 20-plus years on the comedy club and corporate circuit, performing with the likes of Martin Short, Jim Gaffigan and Brian Regan, Jeff Wozer now pulls back the curtain on digital distraction, helping busy people gain agency over their electronic devices, allowing them to be more present, more intentional and, ultimately, more fulfilled. Dianne is an international speaker, mental health expert, and the founder of The Imagine Project, a nonprofit dedicated to helping individuals process trauma and rewrite their life stories. Drawing on her background as a Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse and her own experiences with adversity, she developed an evidence-based 7-step expressive writing process to foster deep resilience and inner alignment. Since 2015, her transformative work has reached participants in all 50 states and 24 countries, empowering them to bridge the gap between their past challenges and a hopeful future. An award-winning author of several books, Dianne is a recognized thought leader committed to improving global mental well-being through the power of narrative. Based in Stagecoach, Colorado, she remains dedicated to helping others transform their most difficult chapters into narratives of possibility and strength.

Navigating Uncertainty: Tools for Stress in a Busy, Unpredictable World

Beth Blaskovich is a Certified Neurosculpting Facilitator, musician, and entrepreneur with a deep passion for brain-based transformation and human potential. For the past three years, she has served as the Director of the Facilitator Network at the Neurosculpting Institute, where she supports, mentors, and helps develop facilitators around the world while contributing to the growth and integrity of the Neurosculpting modality.

Beth specializes in teaching practical, science-informed tools that leverage the brain’s natural neuroplasticity to create more supportive patterns of thought, behavior, and emotional regulation. Through accessible, guided meditations, clients learn to regulate their stress response, increase mental clarity, and cultivate greater ease in daily life.

In addition to her work in Neurosculpting, Beth is an active musician and performance coach. She owns and operates a 40-student piano and voice studio in downtown Steamboat Springs, Colorado, where she integrates brain-based learning, mindfulness, and meditation techniques into both teaching and performance coaching.

Outside of her professional work, Beth embraces an active mountain lifestyle that includes skiing, hiking and mountain biking. She is also deeply passionate about international travel and the transformative growth that comes from immersing oneself in new cultures and landscapes.

Rewiring the Mind: The Art of Neurographics

Erin Kreis is a part of the amazing Steamboat Springs creative community, blending her love for fine arts with a commitment to well-being. Since 2007, Erin has served as the Art Teacher at Strawberry Park Elementary School, where she has spent over two decades inspiring young minds to find their voices through art. As the Owner of Paint Steamboat LLC, Erin extends her expertise beyond the classroom, offering locals and visitors alike the chance to reconnect with their own creativity in a supportive, vibrant environment.

Having shaped the artistic landscape of Steamboat Springs for over twenty years, Erin has a unique ability to foster community through her workshops and classes. When she isn’t in the studio or the classroom, you’ll likely find her practicing what she preaches—staying active in the mountains with her husband and son.

In this art experience, we focus on cultivating alignment within, bridging the gap between where you are and where you truly want to be. We will create a beautiful piece of artwork by layering a variety of materials, while rewiring our thoughts through the process. The project will include a watercolors, sharpies and paint pens.

Since 2012, Tracy has been practicing Ayurvedic medicine and massage at her office in downtown Steamboat. She offers Ayurveda consultations, seasonal cleansing twice a year and therapies in Snehana, Shirodhara, Marma and Facial. Additional bodywork includes deep tissue, trigger point and Swedish massage, along with Reiki and Tuning Forks.

Through the lens of Ayurveda we will explore this ancient medicine’s angle on healing, starting with an understanding of the 5 elements of nature and how they influence the seasons of our life. When our body and mind are in harmony and we understand how the two are connected we can achieve a sense of well being and balance.
