Women Who Thrive

Recovery Women’s Group

A supportive space for women to heal, grow, and connect—together.

Women Who Thrive is a 12-week, peer-supported recovery group hosted by The Health Partnership Recovery Program. This group is designed for women navigating recovery from anything, substances, mental health challenges, family impacts, trauma, or major life transitions.

There is no one “right” story to belong here. If you’re showing up and doing your best, you’re welcome.

What Is Women Who Thrive?

Women Who Thrive is a weekly gathering focused on connection, empowerment, and real-life skills. Through guided conversation, shared experiences, and supportive community, we create space for women to reflect, grow, and strengthen their recovery—whatever that looks like for them.

This group is:

  • Peer-led and recovery-informed

  • Grounded in compassion, not judgment

  • Focused on practical tools and human connection

  • Open to women at all stages of recovery

You don’t need to have everything figured out. You just need to show up.

Who This Group Is For

Women Who Thrive is open to all women recovering from anything, including:

  • Substance use or addiction recovery

  • Sober-curious individuals

  • Mental health challenges

  • Affected family members or loved ones

  • Survivors of trauma or abusive situations

  • Women navigating major life changes

No labels required. No pressure to share. Come exactly as you are.
