Supporting a loved one through substance use or recovery can feel overwhelming but you don’t have to navigate it alone. CRAFT is a supportive, educational group designed for family members and friends who want to better understand addiction, reduce stigma, and learn practical tools to create positive change.
This series focuses on compassionate, evidence-based strategies that help you support your loved one while also taking care of yourself. Together, we’ll explore why addiction is considered a disease, how it impacts families, and what real support can look like.
