Spring in Northwest Colorado is a time of transition—longer days, renewed energy, and an opportunity to reconnect with ourselves and our community.
This April, The Health Partnership Recovery Program, in partnership with The Phoenix Recovery Program, is offering a full lineup of RISE events across Steamboat Springs and Craig. These events are designed to create accessible, welcoming spaces where individuals can build connection, find support, and experience recovery in real, everyday ways.

Why These Events Matter
Recovery doesn’t happen in isolation—it happens in community.
RISE events are built on the belief that connection, belonging, and shared experience are essential to well-being. By creating consistent, accessible opportunities to gather, these events help reduce isolation and build stronger, healthier communities across the Yampa Valley.
